Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
Return the Product – Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
Processing – After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refunds will be processed only for defective or damaged products.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
✔ Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for damaged or faulty items.
If the exact item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be provided.
✔ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for: ❌ Products that are not defective or damaged. ❌ Opened accessories such as earbuds, chargers, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons). ❌ Digital products, software, or gift cards.
✔ Return Shipping Costs
