- Other Reasons: We do not accept returns or replacements for any other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
✔ Return Process
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, follow these steps to request a return or replacement:

- Provide Proof – Share clear images or videos of the damaged or faulty item along with your order number.
- Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
- Return the Product – Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Processing – After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.
✔ Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only for defective or damaged products.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.
✔ Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or faulty items.
