✔ Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the case of damaged or faulty products.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you are eligible for a replacement or return.
• Other Reasons: We do not accept returns or replacements for any other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

✔ Return Process

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, follow these steps to request a return or replacement:

1. Contact Customer Support – Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Provide Proof – Share clear images or videos of the damaged or faulty item along with your order number.
3. Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
4. Return the Product – Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
5. Processing – After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.

✔ Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only for defective or damaged products.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer.

✔ Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only available for damaged or faulty items.
• If the exact item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be provided.

✔ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

✔ Return Shipping Costs
